BARBARA ENDLICH, PSYD, BCBA-D, LBSA
President
Dr. Barbara Endlich is a BCBA-D and licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of children with autism. She is the co-founder and Chief Clinical Officer of Behavior And Education (BAE). The BAE team has been servicing schools and families since 2008 and currently provides ABA therapy across Southern California, Nevada, and Texas.
Barbara started out as a Behavior Therapist in 1999, igniting her lifelong passion for ABA. She found it fulfilling to work so closely with families and to bring about meaningful change through the science of ABA. Like many behavior analysts before her, Barbara saw ABA as a way to better the world, and she was hooked. She centered her education around this discipline, earning a BA degree in Psychology at Cal State Long Beach, an MS degree in Counseling at Cal State Los Angeles, and a PsyD degree in Psychology from Cal Southern University.
Today more than ever, Barbara is driven by high quality, ethical, and compassionate care for all. She believes that this begins with an investment in continuous improvement and a willingness to bring humility and humanity into our practice. It is an honor for Barbara to serve as BIBA's President in its inaugural term as a CalABA Special Interest Group. Barbara hopes to promote collaboration, networking, and ethical business practices within her role, and to do her part to be the change we wish to see in the world.
Thank you for your interest in BIBA!
